Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value, lasting relationships with key commercial players, including law firms, developers, construction companies, financial institutions, investors, and lenders.
Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities, focusing specifically on market penetration within the commercial real estate industry.
Strategic Expansion: Play a direct role in the planned sales expansion into Pennsylvania and New York, assisting with market entry strategies and establishing a robust client base in these new territories.
Market Leadership: Attend targeted industry events and actively participate in organizational memberships to drive client engagement, expand the professional network, and elevate the agency’s brand presence.
Collaborative Growth: Support the sales management and marketing team in developing and executing initiatives that contribute to overall brand growth and market visibility.
Experience & Qualifications
Required License: Active New Jersey Producer’s License.
Preferred Licenses: Pennsylvania and New York Producer’s Licenses are a plus, but not required for consideration.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in a sales and marketing role.
Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze market conditions, assess competitive risks and opportunities, and adapt sales strategy to meet changing business needs.
Executive Presence: Must be a strong public speaker with exceptional abilities to persuade, influence, and negotiate at the executive level.
Drive & Tenacity: A track record of persistence, consistency, and a tenacious approach to pursuing and closing complex revenue opportunities.
Flexibility: Must be comfortable with regular travel to attend industry events and client meetings.
Anticipated salary for this role is $100,000 – $150,000
Depending on the role, the actual salary noted may vary based on several factors, but not limited to, the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.
