Kenneth H. Lind has been with U.S. Title Solutions since 2006. He interfaces with purchaser’s and seller’s counsel for escrow fund requirements and prepares closing statements in support of the title insurance team on commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining U.S.Title Solutions, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of a NYSE registered company with international operations. Ken started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Ken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Erin S. Fagan is Vice President, Operations and Client Services.  She is responsible for overseeing all title operations as well as cultivating positive client and underwriter relations.  Erin has extensive experience in writing title insurance policies required for closing large commercial real estate transactions.  Drawing on her experience with complex closings, Erin brings practical and creative solutions to the unique problems confronting each transaction.  Erin also oversees our national title search operations. She works directly with clients to ensure that our deliverables meet their requirements.  Erin is a Licensed Title Producer and began her career in the title industry in 2001. She joined the U.S. Title Solutions team in 2007.

Monica Padovano Casiello oversees the title insurance component of major commercial, industrial, institutional and residential developments, refinances and ground leases throughout the U.S. In addition, she interfaces with and cultivates relationships among developers, industry professionals, public officials and state agencies to foster economic development. Casiello sits on the boards of several organizations, including ACDevco, the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP New Jersey and the Atlantic City Arts Foundation. She is a member of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate Executive Committee. In 2020 and 2021, she was named to ROI-NJ’s “Real Estate Influencers” list.

John A. Fenimore, Esq. is Title Counsel for U.S. Title Solutions.  In his role, John provides underwriting guidance and support to clients and our Title Producers for both residential and commercial real estate transactions. John brings over three decades of title insurance and real estate experience to U.S. Title Solutions. John entered the title insurance industry as Associate Counsel with Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corporation. He has also served as Title Counsel for several title agencies located in New Jersey prior to joining our team in 2012.  John received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and his law degree from Memphis State University. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Jennifer Bettuccio, as Client and Vendor Relations Manager, coordinates client title report requirements and manages our nationwide network of abstractors.  In her role, Jennifer works directly with clients, assisting them with parcel identification and search parameters.  She also is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of title search documents from the abstractors. Jennifer is a Licensed Title Producer and joined our team in 2005.  She was formerly an assistant manager of a large retail store.

Michele Tenore is a Licensed Title Producer and Real Estate Paralegal.  She is responsible for writing title insurance policies and coordinating all aspects of closings for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Michele joined our team in 2012 with over twenty-five years of experience in handling real estate closings. She has been a real estate paralegal to our in-house counsel, John A. Fenimore, Esq., since 1997. Michele received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Radford University.

Casey Henderson is a Licensed Title Producer and Real Estate Paralegal. Casey reviews and prepares title reports for our clients and assists in title examination work for title insurance. She also works directly with clients in resolving all title related issues.  Casey has been with U.S. Title Solutions since 2016.  Prior to joining U.S. Title Solutions, Casey worked as a Real Estate Paralegal at a law firm in South Carolina. Casey obtained her undergraduate degree from The University of South Carolina where she graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Marketing Major.

Altrina Aiken is a Licensed Title Producer and Real Estate Paralegal. In her role, Altrina reviews and prepares title reports for our clients and assists in title examination work for title insurance. Prior to joining U.S. Title Solutions, Altrina worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for two of the largest real estate foreclosure firms in New Jersey focusing on pre-foreclosure review and bankruptcy matters. Altrina also brings over a decade of experience in the residential and commercial mortgage lending industries.

Lauren Mandarino is a Licensed Title Producer. In her role, Lauren reviews and prepares title reports for our clients and assists in title examination work for title insurance. Originally from Chicago, Lauren brings over 7 years of title insurance experience to U.S. Title Solutions. Prior to joining US Title Solutions, Lauren worked as a title examiner and trainer in Chicago, Illinois.  Lauren received her undergraduate degree in Communication from Western Illinois University.

Ileana N. Horan joined U.S. Title Solutions in 2018 as a Senior Accountant. In her role, Ileana oversees all accounting functions. Ileana brings over 15 years of accounting experience throughout different industries. Prior to joining U.S. Title Solutions, Ileana worked for an international financial institution. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and has a MBA in Accounting from Monmouth University.

Bonnie Puskar joined U.S. Title Solutions in 2007.  She works with our national clients in coordinating their document filings with County Clerks across the country.  Bonnie maintains oversight and control of the documents submitted to U.S. Title Solutions for recording. She prepares document packages for submission, calculates the required fees and follows the transaction to completion.  Bonnie forwards officially recorded documents to our clients when they are returned from the county clerk’s office.
